Leila moved to Salmon, Idaho in 1968 and worked as the owner of Salmon Air Taxi until 1979. She has been the owner and operator of Carefree Property Management since its inception in 1982; and she was  a sales associate with Benedict Realty from 1989 to 2004.  In 2004, she opened Town & Country Realty.

Her hobbies include hiking, camping, fly-fishing & watercolors. She is a member of the Lemhi Art Guild, Idaho Watercolor Society and Salmon Arts Council.

Leila has an Associate of Arts Degree from Boise State University and May 16, 2004 graduated from the University of Montana with her B.A. of Sociology.

Ralph was born and raised in Lemhi County. He graduated from the University of Idaho in Business Administration.

Ralph has been in real estate since 1976. He opened BENEDICT REALTY in 1982 and was the Owner and Broker until 2004. He is now Associate Broker at Town & Country Realty and a member of State and Local Association of Realtors and a graduate of the Realtor's Institute (G.R.I.).

His favorite hobbies are fishing and golf, so if he's not at the office, try the golf course!

I was born and raised in Salmon, Idaho.  After having lived in Boise and Grand Junction, CO for a few years, I returned to Salmon to raise my family. 

I am a second generation Real Estate Agent - Leila Jarvis is my Broker and Mother - and we get along surprisingly well for working so closely.  I have been a licensed agent since 1997, and started out selling real estate in Boise, Idaho.  (What a crazy business it is there!)

As soon as I could hold a paintbrush, I spent my spare time working with my Mom remodeling older homes to resell. This gave me a real-world feel for the underlying beauty and value of older homes.  I love to see neglected houses get the TLC they need and really turn out nice!

I utilize the internet, dedicated websites and all of the electronic niceties to make it easier for my buyers and sellers to receive the information they need - in a timely manner!  Of course, I also still know how the postal service operates for my customers who prefer mail.
